For the safety of our staff, members and community, Metro Credit Union lobbies are now closed. Our drive thru lanes will stay open. Lanes 3 and 4 are Express Lanes to complete deposit and withdrawal transactions only.
We will do everything in our power to minimize the disruption to services. Electronic banking transactions will continue to be processed even if in-person services are disrupted. During Metro’s lobby closures, you can access online banking and Metro’s mobile app 24/7.
Consider setting up Remote Deposit Capture via the mobile app to deposit checks to save a drive to the drive thru. Metro is committed to meeting your financial needs with as little disruption in services as possible. You can apply for loans via the phone or online, and in many cases you can close your loan electronically from your home or work.
We are now using the MoneyPass ATM network. MoneyPass features more, mainly drive-up, ATMs in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area.
