Metro is pleased to have opened its Elkhorn Full Service branch (located two blocks north of Dodge on the west side of 204th) earlier in August. This office is just north of Dodge Street and includes a smaller retail lobby, two drive-thru lanes, and a drive-up ATM. Ryan Dugick is the Elkhorn branch office manager who has worked at Metro for eight years. He has extensive experience in financial services with a collection of roles in his background at several Metro branches, including working as Lead Teller, Financial Service Representative, Assistant Manager, Loan Closer, Assistant Branch Manager, and Manager.  Ryan enjoys golfing with his wife, Jordan, and relaxing at home with their four dogs and cat. His hobbies include renovating their home and working on his yard.


Bids for Kids Thursday, September 9th Online auctions opens September 1st

Currently, Metro is honored to be a Technology Sponsor of Bids for Kids. The live-stream program available to the public takes place on Thursday, September 9th, as the in-person event is sold out. Online bidding began September 1st and runs through September 10th. Proceeds of Bids for Kids fund the Math & Reading Clubs that take place in Elkhorn’s elementary schools before and after school. You may also have seen Metro at the Elkhorn North, Elkhorn South, and Elkhorn High football games. Metro will be present at the next football game on Friday, September 10th for the Elkhorn South vs. Omaha Central game. It is excellent opportunity to support athletics and to see the students and faculty as we hand out t-shirts.




Metro staff had fun walking in the Elkhorn Days parade and handing out shirts to attendees as our first event in the Elkhorn community. We also sponsored the fireworks show and Rumble at the Ridge Bull Riding Challenge during Elkhorn Days.
