Metro Credit Union's 5 Star Service Award: Jessica Hanika

Service Second to NoneThis is the second Metro Credit Union staff member to be awarded the monthly 5 Star Service Award. Jessica Hanika, Mortgage Loan Originator, made the entire home buying experience easy and convinced this member to stick with using Metro Credit Union after starting the process with another financial institution.
The member shared, "I started at Nebraska
Medicine 7-8 years ago and have been with Metro since that time. When it came time to buy a home, I knew that I wanted to give Metro a try. However, I also had to make the best financial decision for my situation, so I tried shopping around. I was already approved and had started the ball rolling at a different bank when I got in contact with Jessica Hanika. After talking to Jessica, I was convinced to stay with my home bank, Metro Credit Union.
I found it such a pleasure to work with Jessica because her professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness and her serving nature was second to none!! Jessica's ability to quickly and effectively respond to communications made the entire home buying experience that much easier for me. Quite frankly, the other financial institutions I was looking into never had a chance against Metro and Jessica's level of service."
