Very few people like change, but in the world of technology, change is sometimes necessary to take a step forward. Soon, Metro will be moving to a new home and mobile banking platform. This new platform will enable us to add features and enhancements over time that are not available with our current system.
As the date approaches, we'll be sending out more information, so watch your mail and email over the coming weeks. Once you’ve entered your Temporary Username and Temporary Password, you will be prompted to change your password. If you would like to change your Username, you can do so under “Security” in the “Settings” menu. The new platform will have a different look and feel
with new features available day one.
We know change is hard, and we apologize for the inconvenience. In the end, the new capabilities will make banking at Metro more convenient.
