| What is an eStatement? |
|
Metro’s eStatement service provides electronic delivery of your Savings, Checking, VISA and HELOC statements. eStatements take the place of your printed statement.

| Is there a cost associated with eStatements? |
|
| eStatements are provided FREE of charge. In most cases you can expect your eStatement days before paper statements would arrive. |

| How do I register for eStatements? |
|
If You Already Receive Paper Statements:
To register for eStatements on an account that currently receives paper statements, simply log-in to on-line banking and click the “eStatement” link on the left hand side of the screen and follow the quick and easy prompts. |

If You Have Not Received A Paper Statement Previously:
Contact your friendly Financial Service Representative to get started receiving eStatements. |

| How do I receive my eStatement? |
|
To receive your eStatement, simply log-in to on-line banking and select the “eStatement” link on the left hand side of your screen.

| How do I cancel my eStatements? |
|
| In order to cancel eStatements, contact your friendly Financial Service Representative. |
|
| |

| How long will my eStatements be available on-line? |
|
| eStatements will be available on-line for 13 months. |

| May I receive a paper statement as well as an eStatement? |
|
| Members can only receive a paper statement or electronic statement, not both. |
|
| |
|
| Will I be notified when my eStatement is available? |
|
| You can be notified by e-mail when your eStatement is ready to be viewed. |

| |
|
| What if I choose not to receive e-mail notifications? |
|
| If you choose not to receive e-mail notifications you will still be able to access your statement on-line. The e-mail notification is simply a courtesy from Metro to let you know when your eStatement is available for viewing. |

| Why am I asked to provide my e-mail address? |
|
| Like phone numbers and mailing addresses, Metro needs to keep e-mail addresses on file and current. By having a current e-mail on file, Metro can notify you quickly and efficiently. Plus, you have the option to receive an e-mail notification when your statement is ready. Of course, your e-mail address is kept confidential. |

| How do I change my e-mail address? |
|
You can change your e-mail address on-line by selecting the “eStatements” link in on-line banking. Next select “My Profile” in the eStatement screen. Finally, click “Personal Details” and update your e-mail address and select “Apply.”
Also, you need to update your e-mail address in on-line banking at metrofcu.org by clicking “Member Options” located in the left hand column. |

| May I have my e-mail notification mailed to multiple e-mail addresses? |
|
| For security reasons, members can set eStatements to be delivered to only one e-mail address. |
|
